Paolo Nutini

Paolo Nutini will be the guest of the UK Trade & Investment team at the British Consulate General Milan for a press conference on 26 November during the Milan leg of his tour in Italy.

The press conference, which will be attended by HM Consul General Dr Laurence Bristow-Smith, has been organised by UK Trade & Investment with the cooperation of Warner Music. From the Consulate terrace Paolo Nutini will talk about his artistic career and also illustrate the excellence of UK Creative Industries.

A positive and refined singer/songwriter, much appreciated not only by teenagers, Paolo Nutini has such huge talent that you can hardly believe he is only 22 years old and has done so much already. After leaving his hometown Paisley, Scotland, his achievements include performing at Carnegie Hall, the BRIT Awards and supporting Led Zeppelin at their reunion concert at the 02 Arena in London in late 2007.

These Streets, Paolo Nutini’s first album, has sold over 2 millions copies all over the world, whereas his second album, Sunny Side Up, (which went straight in at No. 1 in the UK), has reconfirmed his skills and made him one of the most promising songwriters of the younger generation.

We express our warmest thanks to our British Sponsors for the fine products that will accompany the tea served to our Guests.
